Day 176 – ‘Pure love’ While putting my walking boots on, Gen strolled into the conservatory and nudged my arm until I stoked her head. I stopped to finish lacing up the boots and she nudged my again!
Day 177 – ‘Water filter’ As the weather was going to be so warm this weekend I made sure we had a ready supply of filtered water. Though I did sort of miss the filling hole.
Day 178 – ‘Birthday buns’ – Another birthday present, and were perfect with a cup of tea sat in the garden (with close supervision from Gen!)

Day 174 – This was a typically muggy British summer afternoon with very little breeze, and to make matters ‘worse’ I was sat in a very hot training room full of computers all producing lots of heat (to be fair they do offer you a fan if required)
I’m about half way through the Word 2010 course and it was time to take a break with a cup of tea. The man opposite gave me a strange look as I took a picture!
Day 175A – My 36th birthday. I was about to start opening my presents when Gen wondered into the room and decided to help me unwrap. She was about to start ripping off the paper before I stopped her.
Day 175B – For my 36th birthday I have a Doctor Who augmented reality game, ParaNorman DVD and the PAWS for Charity book I’m featured in. And other cool things too, thank you.

As today is my birthday I wanted to make today’s gold image something I really love, and I do love photographing barb wire. This image was taken in Grassmoor country park in Derbyshire a place where I used to walk my dog. Shot using a basic Sony S730 in it’s macro mode.
